Strategy & Operations Manager (Legal Data)

What you will do

• Support evidence-based prioritisation of jurisdictions, legal sources, and data types for the digital collection.
• Turn client demand, Voice of the Customer insights, partnership opportunities, and usage data into strategic recommendations.
• Develop business cases for build, buy, and partnership decisions, including APIs, bulk feeds, and public-source collection.
• Build and run planning, reporting, systems, tooling, onboarding processes, and playbooks for Legal Data operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across Legal Data, Product, Engineering, Growth, and Legal.
• Manage partner operations from signed agreements through live content, including handovers, delivery commitments, reporting, renewals, and contractual requirements.

Requirements

• Around 3–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or operations.
• Strong organisation skills across multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Structured and commercially minded approach to market sizing, business cases, and leadership recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency with agentic tools for building and maintaining systems, trackers, and data.
• Clear, concise communication with working teams and senior leadership.
• Experience building practical processes or systems from scratch and improving delivery, visibility, or decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience in legal, data licensing, content operations, or partnerships.
