Solutions Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own enterprise integrations from initial proof of concept through production rollout and expansion.
• Embed with customer engineering teams to integrate detection into APIs, batch pipelines, real-time streams, call-center tooling, and SIEM/SOC workflows.
• Use GenAI tools to create and refine code, SDK snippets, configurations, runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and customer documentation while validating outputs and protecting sensitive information.
• Build reusable integration kits, including reference architectures, Helm charts, deployment templates, sample applications, and automated test harnesses.
• Debug real-world integration issues involving logs, networking, certificates, proxies, SSO, and on-premise environments.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to turn customer friction into roadmap improvements.

Requirements

• Strong GenAI product fluency, including verifying generated output, avoiding hallucinations, and handling sensitive customer data safely.
• Mid-to-senior technical background in software engineering, SRE, solutions engineering, implementation engineering, or a similar field.
• Strong Python and API skills, including scripting, small services, and integration glue.
• Experience with Linux, containers, and modern deployment patterns.
• Customer-facing communication skills and the ability to build trust with technical stakeholders.
• Experience shipping enterprise integrations and working independently in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Kubernetes, Helm, or on-premise deployment experience.
• Background in telco, security, fraud, trust and safety, or related domains.
• Experience creating developer documentation, reference implementations, workshops, and runbooks.
