Test Expert (SharePoint)

What you will do

• Define testing strategy, plan test activities, and develop test plans and test cases.
• Design testing environments and implement, execute, and debug application test cases and scripts.
• Perform unit, integration, functional, performance, stress, acceptance, and regression testing.
• Analyze system designs for testability, monitor results, and report quality status, issues, and trends.
• Document tests, track defects, and validate completion of testing and development activities.
• Coordinate with analysts, architects, software development, and service desk teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 4 years in a similar project or position.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• At least one ISTQB Advanced certification or internationally recognized equivalent, or 3 years of test management experience beyond the required minimum.
• Expertise in test management, test environment design, complex system testing, test documentation, and practical testing tools.
• Experience setting up test management tools for new projects and leading testing in complex projects.
• Experience testing front-end and back-end SharePoint on-premise solutions, SharePoint data integration solutions, and SharePoint Online solutions.
