QA Engineer (Software Testing)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work arrangement. Applicants permanently located outside Poland may not be considered.

What you will do

• Deep-dive into hirify.global products, technologies, and software testing practices.
• Analyze software requirements and test one or more hirify.global products.
• Perform functional checks, exploratory testing, and real usage scenario validation.
• Communicate with participants in the product development process.
• Evaluate test results and maintain the defects database.

Requirements

• Technical education or strong passion for technology.
• 1–2 years of experience in system administration, software testing, or software development.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows or Linux operating systems.
• Good understanding of networking technologies, including DNS, DHCP, and basic network configuration.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, logical thinking, and the ability to identify flaws through hands-on testing.
• English proficiency sufficient for daily communication in international teams.
