ERP Test Engineer (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations)

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and related ERP solutions.
• Validate business processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other ERP domains.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system integration, and end-to-end testing, and support User Acceptance Testing.
• Verify integrations, data integrity, process continuity, and data migration results across connected enterprise applications.
• Track defects through resolution and prepare testing documentation, execution reports, and quality metrics.
• Support release readiness and improve testing standards, methodologies, and quality assurance practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in software testing, ERP testing, or quality assurance, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience with ERP implementation or transformation projects and business process validation.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail, or similar testing and test management tools.
• Hands-on experience with API and integration testing using Postman, Playwright, or comparable tools.
• Good English communication skills and availability to work in Szczecin, Poland.

• Experience with data migration testing and validation.

• Knowledge of release management and deployment processes.
