TL;DR
Test Specialist (SharePoint/React): Designing and executing functional, regression, exploratory, and acceptance tests for complex enterprise web applications with an accent on API testing, test traceability, and defect management. Focus on taking over third-party test assets, validating security-related Definition of Done criteria, and organizing UAT with business owners.

What you will do
- Design and document test cases for complex software systems.
- Execute functional, regression, exploratory, acceptance, API, and basic performance testing.
- Report test results, defects, progress, and project issues.
- Manage test plans, test suites, test cases, and defects in Azure DevOps Test Plans and Boards.
- Collaborate with analysts, architects, developers, service desk teams, and business owners.
- Lead testing activities on smaller projects and organize UAT activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant IT and project experience.
- English at B2 level or higher.
- At least one ISTQB Advanced or internationally recognized equivalent certification, or three years of additional test management experience.
- Hands-on experience testing SharePoint, SPFx, React, and .NET Web API enterprise applications, including Postman API testing and basic JMeter performance testing.
- Experience with Azure DevOps traceability, test asset transition, security-scan and penetration-test findings, acceptance criteria, and UAT organization.
