Senior Corporate Facilities Engineer - HVAC

Location: On-site at the corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States; travel to North American locations required.

What you will do

• Develop and continuously improve HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing standards.
• Support construction teams with equipment installations, facility expansions, and building upgrades.
• Review engineering assessments and provide recommendations for new building systems and upgrades.
• Assist with construction budgets and review invoices accurately and on time.
• Help ensure building systems operate safely and efficiently across a portfolio of 55+ facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with HVAC, generator, and mechanical systems.
• Availability to travel to North American locations.
• Ability to work on-site.
