Senior Product Engineer (AI Finance)

Location: Barcelona or Madrid, Spain; office-first hybrid work with on-site attendance several days a week

What you will do

• Design and scale AI-powered products across the Finance domain, including expenses, invoices, payments, cards, accounting, analytics, and accounts receivable.
• Define system architecture and high-level prompts for multi-agent systems that generate underlying code.
• Review and validate agent-produced code for security, scalability, and structural quality.
• Orchestrate multiple AI agents running in parallel and ensure coherent outputs across complete features.
• Define workflows, run experiments, and share effective approaches for building probabilistic AI systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience and experience shipping AI-powered features or strong curiosity about production AI.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails and React, plus integrating AI models into scalable cloud-native environments.
• Understanding of agentic workflows, LLM architecture trade-offs, and production evaluation of AI features.
• Ability to reason about non-deterministic outputs and explain complex technical decisions clearly in English.
• Ability to work from the Barcelona or Madrid office several days per week.
