Senior Product Engineer (AI Talent Domain)

Location: Barcelona or Madrid, Spain; office-first hybrid schedule with on-site work several days a week

What you will do

• Design systems and architectures for AI-powered talent management features.
• Write high-level prompts that instruct multi-agent systems to generate underlying code.
• Review and validate agent-generated output for security, scalability, and structure.
• Orchestrate parallel AI agents and ensure coherent results across features.
• Define workflows, run experiments, and share effective practices with the engineering team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features, or strong practical curiosity in this area.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails and React.
• Understanding of RAG patterns, agentic frameworks, LLM architecture, and cloud-native AI integration.
• Ability to explain complex technical decisions clearly in English.
• Willingness to work on-site several days a week in the Barcelona or Madrid office.
