Knowledge Management Platform Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Engineer and maintain enterprise knowledge hubs, wikis, messaging, content collaboration, and AI-assisted platforms.
• Improve information retrieval, knowledge retention, decision-making, and collaboration through reliable information systems.
• Integrate AI and automation into knowledge management workflows.
• Apply DevOps practices, including CI/CD, to automate deployments and operational workflows.
• Build analytics pipelines and observability dashboards, applying SRE principles to improve uptime and responsiveness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration experiences and evaluate emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Knowledge Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Git, Terraform, JavaScript, PowerShell, Bash, Python, scripting tools, and REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of identity management, SSO integrations, and complex permission hierarchies using Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Understanding of knowledge management principles, content lifecycle management, internal wiki UI/UX, and taxonomy design.
• Exposure to reliability engineering practices, including SLOs, error budgets, and capacity planning.
• Singapore citizenship is required.
