Middle/Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Remote across Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Spain, Moldova, and Portugal

What you will do

• Deliver commercial insights and performance analysis for data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze product usage, customer behavior, acquisition funnels, client lifecycle data, retention, and monetization opportunities.
• Evaluate the commercial impact of product initiatives and new features with Product, Data, Sales, and Finance teams.
• Conduct cohort, segmentation, funnel, performance, and campaign analysis across global markets.
• Develop and standardize referral-program methodologies, client lifecycle frameworks, business definitions, and commercial KPIs.
• Prepare sales projections, quarterly forecasts, and performance assessments for strategic initiatives and new projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, commercial analytics, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI, including dashboard development and visual reporting.
• Experience working with commercial or sales teams in medium to large organizations.
• Experience with commercial data, insight generation, and strategic decision support.
• Advanced English required; Ukrainian is a nice-to-have.

Nice to have

• Industry experience in fintech, e-commerce, digital marketing, or digital technology.
• Fluent Ukrainian.
