Team Lead BI & Finance Transformation (AI)

What you will do

• Lead a small BI team through functional and disciplinary management.
• Design, implement, and continuously develop a group-wide planning and reporting tool.
• Develop and maintain databases for financial, project, and corporate data.
• Create OLAP-based data models for reporting, planning, and forecasting.
• Own the group-wide reporting and dashboard landscape in Microsoft Power BI.
• Automate and digitalize Controlling and Accounting processes, including finance-related AI use cases.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Finance Transformation.
• Initial leadership experience or a proven record of managing projects or teams.
• Strong knowledge of BI and OLAP solutions, databases, SQL, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience building modern reporting landscapes and proficiency with Microsoft Power BI.
• Solid understanding of Controlling, Accounting, and general financial processes.
• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken, is required.
