Operational Product Owner (Air Traffic Management)

What you will do

• Plan and monitor sprints to ensure the required scope is delivered in the next software release.
• Coordinate development plans with customer project needs.
• Communicate with development team leads, release managers, project managers, and systems engineers.
• Resolve conflicts in release planning and manage risks in the development process.
• Ensure development, testing, and documentation follow agreed procedures.
• Maintain the software branching strategy.

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge of software development in an agile environment.
• Solid understanding of branching models and version management.
• Excellent knowledge of Jira.
• Strong organization, communication, initiative, and independent working skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex environment and as part of a team.
• Successful completion of security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.

Nice to have

• Previous product ownership experience.
• Experience with configuration management.
