ASIC Digital Synthesis Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Develop, refine, and validate timing constraints for accurate implementation and timing analysis.
• Perform RTL-to-gate synthesis and optimize designs for performance, power, and area.
• Run Static Timing Analysis across operating conditions and process corners, resolving timing issues and driving timing closure.
• Implement and evaluate ECOs, perform logic equivalence checking, and support functional consistency across RTL, netlists, and post-ECO implementations.
• Execute low-power verification and analysis for energy-efficient Wi-Fi SoCs.
• Collaborate with DFT, digital design, and architecture teams to integrate test structures and meet functional, performance, timing, and manufacturability objectives.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Electronics Engineering or a similar discipline.
• Several years of experience in chip implementation.
• Experience with Synopsys and Cadence IC implementation, verification, and signoff tools.
• Experience contributing to implementation flow development and setup.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Tcl, Perl, or Python.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI-assisted tools to improve design productivity, including AI-driven EDA flows, code or script generation, and debugging assistance.
