What you will do

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all ICANN regulations and domain-related legal requirements.
• Manage domain abuse cases, WHOIS complaints, and coordinate timely responses.
• Oversee registrar and registry integrations, renewals, and domain transfer processes.
• Maintain and improve automation of domain provisioning, DNS management, and domain lifecycle tasks.
• Serve as the point of contact for ICANN audits, policy updates, and registrar communications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with domain registrars, ICANN compliance, or domain lifecycle management.
• Deep understanding of ICANN policies, abuse handling, WHOIS/RDAP standards, and domain dispute processes.
• Familiarity with registrar platforms, APIs, and automation tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in a hosting, registrar, or DNS-driven environment is preferred.
