What you will do

• Design and lead the development of new cloud product offerings (VPS, cloud storage, Kubernetes hosting, scalable compute, etc.).
• Manage and grow a cross-functional team of cloud engineers and DevOps specialists.
• Build a robust, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure across global data centers.
• Integrate cloud services into core billing and customer platforms.
• Oversee cloud orchestration, virtualization platforms, and storage management.
• Drive high-availability architecture, disaster recovery planning, and real-time monitoring solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or hosting architecture.
• Proven success in launching or scaling cloud platforms or IaaS offerings.
• Deep knowledge of technologies like KVM, Proxmox, VMware, OpenStack, Ceph, etc.
• Familiarity with hosting-specific automation and provisioning.
• Strong understanding of security, monitoring, high availability, and failover systems.
• Experience working with global teams and data center operations.
