Technical Project Manager III (Aerospace)

Location: Kent, Washington, United States; onsite position with travel expected 5%–10%; no relocation provided

Base pay for Washington applicants: $121,023–$169,432 per year

What you will do

• Manage valves and pumps projects across research, design development, flight hardware design, manufacturing, and production.
• Own budgets, schedules, work breakdown structures, and program plans.
• Track cost, schedule, risk, scope, variances, opportunities, and recovery plans.
• Support week-to-week planning and execution with manufacturing, assembly, engineering, and business unit teams.
• Maintain alignment between program-level plans and day-to-day team performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Kent, Washington; no relocation is provided.
• Applicants must be U.S. citizens or nationals, U.S. permanent residents, or lawfully admitted refugees or asylees.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, operations management, mathematics, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience planning and managing projects or programs, including priorities, scope, schedule, integration, and cost.
• Experience with critical path scheduling, IMP/IMS, risk management, requirements management, cost account management, Agile methodology, and Jira.
• Experience with P6 Primavera, MS Project, or similar scheduling software, plus strong verbal, written, and graphical communication skills.

Nice to have

• MBA, PMP certification, or Earned Value Management System experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Macros, Power Query, and Power Pivot.
• Experience leading complex integrated products or working with cryogenic liquids, gas distribution, propulsion systems, valves, or pumps.
