hirify.global is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead and scale our global marketing operations.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 13+ marketing professionals and managers across SEO, paid media, content, email, and affiliate marketing.
• Design and execute multi-channel growth strategies across Google Ads, email, affiliates, content, and SEO.
• Optimize performance using Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and ad platforms.
• Manage affiliate relationships, influencer outreach, and B2B partnerships.
• Oversee the planning and execution of high-impact email campaigns and lead nurturing flows.
• Own key marketing KPIs and budget management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven leadership in a tech or SaaS environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise in affiliate marketing, SEO, email marketing, and Google Ads.
• Experience using tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and major email marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of performance tracking, attribution, and customer journeys.
• Proven success managing teams and marketing budgets.
