What you will do
- Own the product backlog for UI/UX enhancements across client and admin portals
- Prioritize features based on usability feedback, performance data, and business goals
- Collaborate with designers to refine user flows, interfaces, and micro-interactions
- Define clear user stories and requirements for developers
- Lead sprint planning, grooming, and QA cycles for UI updates
- Monitor performance metrics such as engagement, bounce rates, and conversion funnels
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in SaaS or hosting
- Deep understanding of web UX/UI principles and frontend user behavior
- Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD
- Ability to define detailed product specs and break down features
- Familiarity with WHMCS, billing dashboards, and client management systems
- Agile/Scrum experience with tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Trello
Nice to have
- Background in frontend development or UX design
- Experience with A/B testing and CRO techniques
- Knowledge of hosting industry platforms and user expectations
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG), multilingual UI support, and dark mode UX
- Experience optimizing mobile UI for hosting dashboards
