Strategic Autonomy Capture Manager (PACOM)

Location: Washington, D.C. / Remote, United States; workplace type: onsite

Salary: $230,000–$350,000 per year in On Target Earnings, plus bonus, benefits, and equity for regular employees.

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic capture plans across mission autonomy product portfolios.
• Drive teams toward multi-year PACOM autonomy program wins with long-term revenue and mission impact.
• Build and maintain relationships with PACOM decision-makers, requirements officials, and acquisition officials.
• Anticipate customer needs and influence policy, requirements, and solicitations.
• Coordinate across technical and operational teams to shape autonomy engagement strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic capture or policy development in the USG.
• Deep knowledge of PACOM theater priorities and decision-making processes, including exposure to operational missions.
• Experience with emerging technologies and AI.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Active Secret clearance required; TS clearance preferred.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Prior PACOM assignment experience.
