What you will do

• Lead internal operations across multiple departments including infrastructure, product, support, HR, compliance, and customer success
• Translate CEO’s vision into structured roadmaps, execution models, and KPIs
• Manage operational metrics and cross-functional project coordination
• Implement scalable workflows, standard operating procedures, and review cycles
• Drive hiring strategies and align budget planning across teams
• Support international growth, office expansion, and global vendor management

Requirements

• 7+ years in senior operations or executive role in tech, hosting, or SaaS
• Fluent in English
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai preferred
• Proven experience managing diverse teams and operational systems at scale
• Strong understanding of hosting infrastructure, product delivery, and customer operations
• Financial knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and growth efficiency

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth hosting, infrastructure, or cloud companies
• Familiarity with WHMCS, Proxmox, or DevOps infrastructure flows
• Experience managing distributed global teams and offshore workflows
• Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and risk frameworks
• Strong network of operational advisors and vendors
