hirify.global is seeking a detail-driven and organized Product Operations Manager to streamline our product development cycles, documentation processes, and cross-departmental execution.

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day product execution across engineering, QA, and marketing.
• Maintain internal product dashboards, calendars, roadmaps, and ClickUp boards.
• Own product documentation: feature specs, release notes, workflows, and internal guidelines.
• Organize and track feature requests from users, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure releases are properly tested, documented, and deployed on time.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product operations, product management, or project coordination (SaaS or tech preferred).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Trello.
• Familiarity with hosting platforms, billing systems, or SaaS infrastructure tools.
• Strong documentation ability using Notion, Confluence, Google Docs, etc.
• Comfortable working across multiple teams and time zones

Nice to have

• Background in QA, customer success, or project management
• Familiarity with WHMCS or hosting panel workflows
• Experience building internal wiki systems, user manuals, or knowledge bases
• Exposure to localization/translation workflows for product rollouts
• Understanding of data privacy and release compliance
