Senior Manager, AP VAS Issuing Solutions

What you will do

• Shape and execute regional growth, expansion, and go-to-market strategies for Pismo and hirify.global's Issuing Solutions portfolio across Asia Pacific.
• Evaluate opportunities for issuer processing, core banking, lending, and digital account solutions.
• Support market entry, product localization, regulatory alignment, and launch readiness activities.
• Develop commercial business cases, growth plans, budgets, and multi-year product roadmaps.
• Identify partnerships with system integrators, technology providers, and ecosystem partners.
• Drive product enhancements, sales enablement, training, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration across hirify.global.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree such as a Master's or MBA.
• Experience in payments, preferably in product management or strategy at an issuer, issuer processor, or core banking platform provider.
• Understanding of issuer core banking and processing, applicable regulations, and Asia Pacific market competitiveness.
• Proven leadership in solution delivery and creation of commercial and revenue opportunities based on market and client demand.
• Experience scaling and distributing technology products or services while addressing commercial, technical, industry, and internal challenges.
• Strong business acumen, analytical, communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and cross-functional leadership skills.
