Lead CX/UX Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in the United States; eight days per month at the closest hirify.global office within 50 miles. Primary location: Coppell, Texas.

Salary: $107,500–$188,400 USD annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead research and end-to-end design for complex product areas and connected workflows.
• Conduct customer interviews, workflow observations, and usability studies to identify unmet needs and define problems to solve.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to connect customer evidence, business goals, and technical constraints to roadmap priorities.
• Create concepts, interactive prototypes, detailed interaction designs, and visual designs through implementation.
• Use AI and code-based tools to accelerate research and prototyping, verify outputs, and model accountable usage.
• Define success measures, evolve design patterns, mentor UX colleagues, and align senior stakeholders through evidence-based recommendations.

Requirements

• End-to-end UX experience independently leading research and design for complex products, supported by a portfolio demonstrating measurable outcomes.
• Strong user research, information architecture, complex workflow, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping expertise.
• Experience evolving reusable design systems and ensuring accessibility standards are met.
• Ability to influence product direction, resolve trade-offs, align stakeholders, and coach designers.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to attend the closest company office eight days per month and may need to attend onsite interviews.
