Data Annotation Specialist, PSA (AI/ML)

Location: Onsite in Santa Ana, California, five days per week. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $72,000–$76,440 per year.

What you will do

• Prepare and annotate large volumes of image and other data for machine learning models.
• Apply detailed labeling guidelines and maintain accurate, consistent categorization.
• Perform quality-control checks and collaborate with stakeholders on project requirements.
• Improve annotation workflows to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Meet project timelines while maintaining consistent measurable output.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Ability to maintain focus during repetitive, high-volume work.
• Comfort with standard computer tools and data management systems.
• Familiarity with data annotation tools or similar software and CSV, JSON, and XML formats.
• Prior detail-oriented data, quality assurance, or precision-task experience.
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Ana five days per week and authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Personal interest in collectibles, trading cards, coins, or related hobbyist markets.
• Experience with data annotation tools or similar software.
