Salary: $40–$125+ per hour, depending on task difficulty and specialization

What you will do

• Review de-identified chest X-rays, ultrasounds, nuclear medicine scans, CT scans, and MRI studies with their clinical context.
• Write comprehensive, structured reports covering significant, subtle, and incidental findings.
• Provide clear impressions and recommend appropriate follow-up imaging or additional workup.
• Compare independent interpretations, resolve differences, and document discrepancies.
• Identify findings that AI-generated reports miss, misstate, or leave incomplete.

Requirements

• Applicants must be based in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, or the United States.
• Native- or bilingual-level English fluency is required.
• Residency training or board certification as a radiologist, or relevant credentials and licensing as a radiologic, ultrasound, or nuclear medicine technologist.
• Hands-on experience performing or interpreting diagnostic imaging studies.
• Clear, well-organized writing and the ability to explain why a report is incorrect or incomplete.
• Strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in radiography, sonography, nuclear medicine, molecular imaging, CT, MRI, neuro, body, cardiothoracic, or emergency imaging.
