Senior Project Manager, Global Security Design & Delivery (GSDD) - APAC (Physical Security Technology)

Location: Office-based in Singapore, Singapore. Travel and on-call availability are required, including emergency support for Security Systems Strategy and Technology APAC.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, governance, delivery, and lifecycle management of physical security technology projects across APAC.
• Design and deploy scalable, resilient security platforms and systems, including CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm solutions.
• Provide technical oversight for commissioning, sustainment, incident resolution, system availability, and operational continuity.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Security, Corporate Real Estate, IT, Workplace, Facilities, vendors, and technology partners.
• Manage project budgets, CAPEX, forecasts, procurement, commercial engagement, and supplier performance against SLAs.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, risk controls, testing, acceptance, post-implementation reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in IT, including designing or architecting security packages.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm platforms.
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, operating platforms, software solutions, systems architecture, and security standards.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and tools including Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Technical Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong skills in budgeting, risk management, change management, stakeholder communication, documentation, quality control, and supplier contract management.

• LENEL or GENETEC certification.
