What you will do

• Lead the technical evolution, stability, and continuous improvement of the PeopleSoft Finance & Procurement platform.
• Act as the technical reference for PeopleSoft FSCM, PeopleTools, Oracle technologies, integrations, and development frameworks.
• Design and implement complex PeopleSoft solutions across Finance and Procurement, prioritizhirify.global delivered functionality over customization.
• Provide architectural guidance for integrations, workflow automation, reporthirify.global, data exchange, and production issue resolution.
• Lead PeopleTools upgrades, PUM implementations, security patchhirify.global, platform modernization, and deployment automation.
• Mentor developers, technical analysts, and platform engineers while promothirify.global engineerhirify.global excellence and continuous learnhirify.global.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of PeopleSoft technical experience.
• Strong expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.61.
• Extensive experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Component Interface.
• Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM adoption, lifecycle management, Agile, and DevOps environments.
• Proven experience leadhirify.global technical teams and complex delivery initiatives.

Nice to have

• Bankhirify.global or financial services industry experience.
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Asset Management, Expense Management, and Billhirify.global processes.
• Experience with cloud and CI/CD technologies.
