hirify.global is hiring for a PeopleSoft Finance & Procurement platform leadership role.

What you will do

• Act as the technical authority for PeopleSoft FSCM, PeopleTools, Oracle technologies, integrations, and development frameworks.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex PeopleSoft solutions across Finance and Procurement.
• Define engineering standards and review solution designs for maintainability, scalability, security, and enterprise alignment.
• Lead PeopleTools upgrades, PUM implementations, security patching, platform modernization, and deployment automation.
• Improve platform availability, performance, monitoring, observability, incident management, and operational resilience.
• Coach developers, technical analysts, and platform engineers while supporting knowledge sharing and professional development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of PeopleSoft technical experience.
• Strong expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.61.
• Extensive experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Component Interface.
• Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM adoption, lifecycle management, Agile, and DevOps environments.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and complex delivery initiatives.

Nice to have

• Banking or financial services experience.
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Asset Management, Expense Management, and Billing processes.
• Experience with cloud and CI/CD technologies.
