Junior Software Consultant - SmartSales (February 2027)

Location: Ghent, Belgium; travel to customer sites 2–3 days per week is required

hirify.global provides the SmartSales software solution and related implementation and consulting services for a diverse client base.

What you will do

• Analyze and evaluate customer needs for specific applications.
• Translate customer requirements into software or technological solutions.
• Participate in programming and implementing the SmartSales solution at client sites.
• Configure the solution to match customer needs.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, project schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advise customers, train them on the solution, and provide weekly project follow-up under a Project Manager.

Requirements

• Master's degree, ideally in business engineering with an affinity for IT.
• Maximum 2 years of experience.
• Ability to think creatively, take initiative, and manage multiple projects.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites 2–3 days per week.
