Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid work with required office days

What you will do

• Own the complete software development lifecycle, including planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Run services in production, respond to alerts, and improve monitoring coverage.
• Own KPIs, metrics, and dashboards for services and partner integrations.
• Support onboarding for new carriers and partners and explain how the systems work.
• Coordinate technical and business communication between internal teams, carriers, and external partners.
• Use AI tools to accelerate development, improve documentation, and build self-service tooling.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional work experience.
• Knowledge of HTTP and networking fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of Docker.
• Strong communication skills across technical, business, and external partner contexts.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to work across teams.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools and sound judgment about where to apply them.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS or another cloud platform.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Experience with Prometheus or similar monitoring and observability tools.
• DevOps or SRE experience.
