Scientist Manger, AI - Skin Bioscience Discovery Accelerator (AI/Computational Biology): Building AI-enabled scientific workflows and discovery platforms for skin and scalp biology with an accent on multimodal data, biological modeling, and experimental validation. Focus on designing multi-agent DBTL systems, integrating foundation models and scientific tools, and translating biological questions into model-driven experiments.

What you will do
- Design and improve Design-Build-Test-Learn multi-agent scientific workflows connecting biological understanding, data generation, modeling, and experimental validation.
- Enable AI agents to use internal databases, APIs, simulation tools, OMICS pipelines, dashboards, and scientific models for evidence retrieval, hypothesis generation, mechanistic reasoning, experiment planning, and decision support.
- Evaluate and apply agentic AI, AI Scientist systems, biological foundation models, and AI Co-Scientist architectures.
- Collaborate with experimental scientists and technology teams to translate biological questions into computational frameworks and model-driven discovery experiments.
- Help develop the AI-enabled discovery platform for the Skin Bioscience Discovery Accelerator.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biostatistics, or a related field with Applied AI experience.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally including AI for life or biological sciences.
- Strong innovation, experimentation, execution, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience solving difficult technical problems and developing new ideas, technologies, methods, or solutions.
- Experience in skin and hair follicle biology is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with biological foundation models, multimodal scientific AI, active learning, or AI Co-Scientist systems.
- Experience in skin and hair follicle biology.
