Demand Planning Capability Intern

Location: Barcelona Hub, Spain; hybrid arrangement with work from home available up to 50%

What you will do

• Support the global demand planning team with daily planning processes and business operations.
• Generate and analyze data to support business decisions and improve sales forecasts.
• Contribute to forecasting with machine learning models and advanced statistical algorithms.
• Ensure new product launches are accurately reflected in demand forecasts.
• Identify savings, productivity, and process improvement opportunities across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with markets and multifunctional international teams.

Requirements

• Student or graduate in data engineering, business analytics, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, curious, autonomous, disciplined, and committed to delivering results.
• Fluent English required; English is the working language.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data charts, and large database management.
• Minimum availability of 500 hours.

Nice to have

• Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, DataBricks, Power Automate, Python, and Excel macros/VBA development.
