Senior RF/Mixed Signal Test Engineer

Location: Irvine, California, United States; onsite full-time role.

Base salary: $186,200–$256,100 annually.

What you will do

• Develop production, qualification, and characterization test programs for WLAN, Bluetooth, and UWB SoC devices on ATE.
• Drive test development from design kick-off through production release.
• Debug design- and process-related yield and performance issues.
• Develop DFT concepts and test techniques that improve efficiency and reduce test costs.
• Collaborate with Design, Systems, and Software teams on RF and analog test methods, including built-in self-test and firmware-based testing.
• Advance test engineering approaches across product lines and teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience.
• Strong programming background in C++, Java, and Visual Basic.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, ownership, and initiative.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across project teams.
• Fluent English required.
• Onsite work in Irvine, California, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Advantest 93K/Exascale or Teradyne UFLEX/UFLEX+ ATE.
• RF and mmWave testing experience.
