Social Media Associate (Gaming)

Location: London, UK; hybrid working with two office days per week

What you will do

• Own monthly social calendars for active games across platforms, from concept development and approval through scheduling, publishing, and reporting.
• Coordinate with marketing, art, and video teams to brief, create, review, and deliver social assets on time.
• Write social copy and schedule approved posts using Hootsuite.
• Manage game social accounts, including profile updates, new account setup, and content preparation for key marketing beats.
• Handle daily comments, replies, messages, and community interactions while monitoring sentiment and escalating significant issues.
• Track weekly KPIs and prepare monthly reports covering performance, top-performing content, learnings, and recommendations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the entertainment industry.
• Interest in video games and social media communities.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to deliver work on time.
• Proactive approach, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate with the video team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
