Senior Social Media Executive (Sports Betting)

Location: Soho, London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working requires two days per week in the office, with occasional evenings and weekends for matches, events, shoots, sponsor activations, and key sporting moments.

What you will do

• Support the development and execution of a content-led social media strategy.
• Plan daily content priorities and maintain calendars across Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Identify football stories, trends, and moments for timely, shareable social content.
• Create platform-specific graphics and social content using Photoshop templates, smartphones, filming, photography, and interviews.
• Analyze video and editorial performance, report on KPIs and OKRs, and turn insights into recommendations.
• Work with internal teams, agencies, and partners on campaigns while providing editorial guidance to the wider social team.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and publishing across major social platforms.
• Excellent football knowledge and strong editorial judgement.
• Proven ability to measure content performance and translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and the ability to create or adapt high-quality social content independently.
• Ability to capture social-first smartphone content, including basic filming, photography, and interviews.
• Availability for two office days per week in London and occasional evening or weekend event attendance.
