Senior Product Manager (AML Data Products)

Location: McLean, VA or Richmond, VA; hybrid with 3 days onsite

Pay rate: $95/hour on W-2

hirify.global provides staffing support for an enterprise data integration initiative within a financial services risk management organization.

What you will do

• Drive product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement for enterprise data products.
• Coordinate with upstream data providers to define requirements and ensure data is delivered in the required format and structure.
• Partner with AML modeling, investigation, business, and technical stakeholders to identify use cases and prioritize deliverables.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams on development priorities and production data pipelines.
• Manage product backlogs, Jira tickets, sprint planning, engineering deliverables, milestones, risks, and blockers.
• Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams while supporting reliable data products for regulatory initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong Product Management experience, preferably with enterprise data products, data platforms, or data management initiatives.
• Experience developing product strategies, managing roadmaps, prioritizing requirements, and translating complex business needs into deliverables.
• Experience collaborating with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, technical teams, data providers, and business users.
• Understanding of data products, data integration, data pipelines, and business data consumption.
• Experience with Agile development, product backlogs, sprint planning, engineering prioritization, and Jira.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing data-focused teams or delivering enterprise data products.
• Background in financial services, risk management, AML, or regulatory environments.
