Solutions Architect - FSI (AI)

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada

Salary: CAD 175,800–241,800 per year, plus potential annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical voice for multiple enterprise clients.
• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to define and direct technical account strategies.
• Lead customers through evaluating and adopting Databricks for data-driven transformation, ML, and AI use cases.
• Build technical champion networks and align stakeholders around Databricks solutions.
• Establish and lead virtual technical teams, collaborating with sales and technical peers to drive customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience supporting data and AI solutions in financial services and insurance.
• Experience with very large global accounts exceeding $1M ARR.
• Strong executive relationship-building, value-selling, presentation, and technical leadership skills.
• Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud platforms including Azure and AWS.
• Production programming experience with Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
