Client Associate (IR Licensing) Mandarin Speaking

Location: On-site full-time in Vancouver, BC, Monday through Friday

Annual base salary: $51,500–$60,200 CAD, plus participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

What you will do

• Work closely with Investment Advisors to manage high-net-worth client portfolios and support new business development.
• Engage directly with clients, anticipate their needs, and improve the overall client experience.
• Support the development of investment plans based on client profiles, goals, and risk/reward tolerance.
• Identify business opportunities and contribute to proposals and related documentation.
• Build community relationships through local events, marketing, and outreach activities.

Requirements

• Fully bilingual in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
• Current Investment Representative (IR) accreditation in good standing with CIRO Investment Dealer.
• Financial services or brokerage industry experience and working knowledge of quotation equipment.
• Strong client engagement, relationship-building, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location, with a valid work or study permit where applicable.

• Registered Representative (RR) licensing.
