Seasonal Feature Producer

Location: United States; onsite presence is required at an hirify.global office or stadium location. Remote and hybrid work are not offered.

What you will do

• Develop story concepts, treatments, and editorial plans for assigned feature productions.
• Lead production assistants and associate producers while supporting workflow and skill development.
• Conduct research, write scripts, direct interviews, and manage field production components.
• Oversee editing, footage logging, project organization, and use of the footage library.
• Manage post-production workflows and delivery schedules from concept through final delivery.
• Participate in creative discussions and pitch ideas while maintaining hirify.global Films standards for accuracy, tone, and storytelling quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in film, television, media, communications, creative writing, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience producing sports, documentary, or feature content.
• Strong editorial and storytelling skills with enhanced proficiency in Avid Media Composer.
• Advanced knowledge of professional football and sports media.
• Availability for flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Occasional travel for production needs.
