Technical Social Media Strategist (AI)

Location: Remote, United States. hirify.global can hire in countries where it has a legal entity.

Base salary: $114,291–$179,775 annually, depending on the United States geographic pay zone. The role may also include benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

What you will do

• Shape executive social voices in partnership with senior executives, Product Marketing, Communications, and related teams.
• Monitor AI debates, model breakthroughs, cultural shifts, emerging narratives, and technical discussions to identify relevant engagement opportunities.
• Translate complex AI and product concepts into social posts and threads for engineers, founders, researchers, and enterprise decision-makers.
• Establish publishing rhythms, forward content plans, and mechanisms for responding quickly to important conversations.
• Advise when and how hirify.global should participate in public discussions, using sound judgment under pressure.
• Measure engagement, impressions, and audience growth to refine the social strategy.

Requirements

• Deep credibility in AI and authentic familiarity with the Silicon Valley AI ecosystem.
• Experience writing executive social content for or with a senior leader.
• Ability to communicate with engineers, researchers, founders, and enterprise audiences.
• Strong understanding of current AI community discussions and their significance.
• Ability to create clear, authoritative, platform-native content for X, LinkedIn, and technical communities.
• Ability to move from identifying a signal to publishing a post within hours.
