Trust Engagement - Senior Manager (AI Security)

Location: Remote or based in the United States, including San Francisco, Austin, New York, Washington, DC, Mountain View, and Seattle. hirify.global supports office, home, or hybrid work where a legal entity is available.

Base salary: $184,500–$240,875 for Zone C, $199,800–$260,850 for Zone B, or $221,400–$289,050 for Zone A, plus possible benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing AMER-based Trust Engagement team.
• Shape and execute the enterprise Trust Engagement strategy with senior leadership.
• Improve processes, tooling, and reporting to scale Trust Engagement programs.
• Partner with security, compliance, privacy, legal, sales, and customer support teams on customer trust initiatives.
• Manage strategic and enterprise customer escalations, including post-incident reviews and recurrence prevention.
• Present hirify.global’s Trust Strategy to customers and support negotiation of security and compliance terms in customer agreements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive management experience in security, governance, risk, and compliance.
• Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams and driving organizational change.
• Experience scaling trust and security practices across large organizations.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve team efficiency and Trust Engagement workflows.
• Knowledge of AI security and compliance considerations, including data residency, model transparency, and vendor attestations.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, global privacy programs, cloud security, enterprise cloud solutions, and certifications such as FedRAMP, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS.
