Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, United States; onsite five days a week. The position does not offer a full-time remote option, relocation is not provided, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $89,210–$133,810 per year

What you will do

• Create process plans and multi-axis NC programs for turbine engine and gas compressor components using Siemens NX CAD/CAM.
• Create routings and bills of materials in the Infor BAAN MRP system.
• Develop, document, and improve manufacturing processes in collaboration with the shop floor.
• Design workholding and fixtures for machining centers and lathes.
• Support new product implementation with Manufacturing Engineering and Operations.
• Develop inspection plans with Quality Assurance and facilitate disposition of non-conforming parts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with solid modeling, model-based definition parts, and multi-axis NC programming using a solid model-based CAD/CAM system; NX experience is preferred.
• Strong machining background, including the ability to read and understand G-code programs.
• Experience designing fixtures with solid-modeling CAD software and understanding blueprints and GD&T.
• Ability to work hands-on with the shop floor and demonstrate problem-solving, analytical thinking, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Must work onsite five days per week in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; relocation support and visa sponsorship are not available.
