IT Service Delivery Experienced Analyst (Microsoft Power Platform)

What you will do

• Execute IT policies and procedures, maintain disaster recovery plans, and monitor virtual server farm availability and performance.
• Support production-floor systems, visual management scoreboards, audio/video activities, and Tier 1 user requests.
• Route incidents to appropriate support teams and assist with internal and external audits.
• Develop Power Automate workflows and Power Apps for manufacturing, maintenance, logistics, and administrative processes.
• Develop scripts, small applications, API integrations, SQL reports, and Power BI dashboards to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Support corporate projects and lead process-improvement and digitalization initiatives during weekend coverage.

Requirements

• Experience in operations support with SQL, Oracle, Windows, virtual servers, and label printers.
• Advanced LAN technology knowledge at approximately CCNA level.
• Required English proficiency.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Basic to intermediate programming skills in Python, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Knowledge of API integrations, database connectivity, Microsoft 365, application development, and process automation.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications PL-900, PL-500, or PL-200.
• Experience developing manufacturing support applications.
• Understanding of Industry 4.0, MES, ERP, and shop-floor integration concepts.
