Lead Person

Location: Jonestown, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite at the Pennsylvania Distribution Center

What you will do

• Coordinate inbound receiving of VAS materials, display components, pallets, and packaging supplies.
• Ensure accurate WMS transactions, storage, put-away, inventory tracking, and material availability.
• Coordinate cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support inventory transfers, staging, shipment readiness, and production requirements.
• Lead, assign, coach, and develop warehouse, inventory control, clamp truck, and high-reach operators.
• Monitor KPIs and promote safe operations, 5S organization, standard procedures, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in distribution center, warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations, including 2 years in a lead or team coordination role.
• Experience with receiving, inventory control, material handling, shipping operations, and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Experience operating or coordinating Powered Industrial Vehicles, including clamp trucks and high-reach forklifts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, with strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, lift and move materials, obtain required PIV certification, and train warehouse associates.
