Legal Counsel (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead legal operations and provide practical legal advice to business and product teams.
• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, vendor contracts, and Data Processing Agreements.
• Advise on product matters, feature rollouts, and general operational needs.
• Build and improve contract templates, legal playbooks, and internal processes.
• Support compliance and privacy initiatives, including data protection framework implementation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify legal risks and develop pragmatic solutions.

Requirements

• LL.B degree and admission to practice law in Israel.
• 4–6 years of experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house at a technology company.
• Native-level English.
• Strong experience with commercial agreements, particularly SaaS and technology-related contracts.
• Experience advising on data privacy matters, including GDPR, CCPA, and similar frameworks.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, initiative, ownership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
