Location: Distributed team with people in Riga, Barcelona, Budva, and remote.

What you will do

  • Actively source candidates for complex and niche technical roles.
  • Focus on backend, frontend, QA, DevOps, Security, and other core engineering functions.
  • Use and expand sourcing channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, AmazingHiring, etc.).
  • Qualify candidates based on role fit, experience, and motivation.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on profiles and priorities.
  • Keep pipelines clean, structured, and up to date.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical sourcing and screening 3+ years.
  • Strong track record with roles like backend/frontend engineers, QA, DevOps, Security.
  • Understanding of tech stacks and how to read between the lines in CVs (Python, Scala, JS, Security, PM).
  • Confidence in outbound sourcing, first contact, and screening.
  • Ability to work independently and stay focused on delivery.
  • English: upper intermediate+ (written and verbal).
