Product Manager (Engagement and Behavioral Design): Building scalable product solutions that improve engagement, participation, performance, and retention across flexible workforces with an accent on product discovery, user experience, and data-informed decision-making. Focus on translating ambiguous problems into clear requirements, driving initiatives from discovery through launch, and measuring outcomes across complex workflows and distributed users.
Location: Remote, limited to the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, and Canada. Candidates must be available during U.S. Eastern business hours.

What you will do
- Identify business and user problems through product discovery, research, and analysis.
- Own product initiatives from discovery through development, launch, and iteration.
- Define requirements, workflows, priorities, documentation, dependencies, and risks with Product and Engineering.
- Advocate for simple, intuitive user experiences and translate user behavior into product and UX decisions.
- Define product performance measures and use quantitative data and qualitative feedback to guide improvements.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Design, and other stakeholders in a fast-changing environment.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in Product Management or a closely related product role.
- Experience owning product initiatives from discovery through delivery.
- Strong product thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex or ambiguous problems into clear, practical, scalable solutions.
- Strong understanding of user experience, product usability, data, and product insights.
- Ability to work remotely from the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, or Canada and during U.S. Eastern business hours.
Nice to have
- Experience with gamification, rewards, incentives, or behavioral design.
- Experience in gig economy, marketplace, workforce management, or scheduling products.
- Experience with operational or B2B technology platforms.
- Experience with engagement-focused consumer products, complex workflows, automation, or distributed users.
