Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Deploy and implement technical solutions for real-world business workflows in collaboration with product, backend, and operations teams.
• Build, customize, and optimize internal tools, automations, APIs, and operational systems.
• Work with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Integrate AI tools, LLMs, APIs, and automation systems into existing workflows and products.
• Debug deployed systems and integrations, improve performance and reliability, and resolve technical issues.
• Create dashboards, monitoring systems, documentation, and reporting workflows for operational visibility.

Requirements

• Mandatory strong knowledge of Python.
• Good understanding of APIs, backend systems, and automation workflows.
• Experience solving practical technical problems, debugging systems, and troubleshooting integrations.
• Comfort working with AI and LLM tools and integrating them into workflows.
• Ability to understand business problems quickly, research independently, and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and logical problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with backend frameworks, automation tools, scripting workflows, databases, JSON, or cloud-based systems.
• Familiarity with frontend basics such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
• Experience with dashboards, monitoring systems, operational analytics, DevOps workflows, deployment systems, or scalable infrastructure.
