AWS Cloud Engineer

What you will do

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, highly available, and secure AWS infrastructure.
• Lead and support large-scale migrations from on-premises environments to AWS, including cloud-native re-architecture.
• Build infrastructure as code with Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and AWS CDK.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines, serverless solutions, containerized applications, and Amazon EKS, ECS, and Fargate environments.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, tracing, backup, disaster recovery, security, and cost-optimization strategies.
• Troubleshoot complex cloud and operating-system issues while collaborating with developers, QA, operations, security, project managers, and clients.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on AWS engineering or infrastructure experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of core AWS services, cloud networking, security, compliance, IAM, encryption, and high-availability architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, AWS CloudFormation or AWS CDK; Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, ECS, and Fargate.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, scripting in Python, Bash, Node.js, or PowerShell, and monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
• Strong client-facing communication, analytical problem-solving, agile delivery, and advanced Linux and Windows Server administration skills.
